When a scent hits our senses it is a wonderful feeling, we first follow it with our sense of smell and then try to capture its origin with our eyes. Tropical notes of banana and pineapple combine with scents of cherries in spirit and carob. The evolution in the glass is rapid and unpredictable, already from the second inhalation we find black cherries, leather and cocoa, the fresh kind you put on tiramisu.
The decisive flavours of this whiskey bring together the Caribbean and Spain, the first sip follows what is on the nose, ripe pineapple and sugar notes play with each other chasing each other like children. Evolving, the flavour rounds off to create a symphony that plays notes of banana ice cream, almond granita and black cherry affogato, the finish is comforting and prepares the drink for a new sip.
